In my role as Head of Insurance Operations at Just, I make sure that our customers are receiving the best care with anything related to their policies, underwriting, and claims. My team has grown from a team of "one" to over six in less than a year as we continue to grow our business by expanding to other states. 

After building and selling an insurance agency business, I have been working with major insurance carriers in the US to transform and evolve their customer experience operations. 

I have been fortunate to have "start-up" insurance carrier experience to working with Farmers, Liberty Mutual, and a few other specialty carriers.
